Product Description:

SUPT MOTION's Micro voice coil motor (VCM), model VCAR0015-0062-00A, leverages its core advantages of high precision, fast response, compact size, and low power consumption. It is primarily used in test equipment scenarios requiring precise displacement control.
1. Micro-displacement Positioning Testing: In contact reliability testing of electronic components (e.g., sensors, connectors), it controls test probes to perform high-frequency, micro-amplitude reciprocating motion, simulating contact wear during long-term use.

2. Dynamic Performance Testing: In MEMS sensor (accelerometer, gyroscope) test equipment, VCMs deliver high-frequency, high-precision vibration excitation to generate standard acceleration/angular velocity signals, calibrating sensor dynamic response accuracy. In fatigue testing of miniature precision mechanisms (e.g., micro-gears, micromotors), they drive loads to achieve controlled high-frequency reciprocating loading, accelerating fatigue failure detection.

3. Optical Test Adjustment: In optical component (lens, prism) test equipment, VCMs drive elements for micrometer-level angular/positional fine-tuning, calibrating optical imaging accuracy and focal length consistency.
